# Owning Multiple Plots of LAND

Owning multiple plots of LAND is a huge benefit in Clava LAND. It will allow Citizens to earn more [usdclava](https://clava-land.gitbook.io/welcome-to-clava/clava-land-clava-coin/usdclava "mention"), have multiple [professions](https://clava-land.gitbook.io/welcome-to-clava/gameplay/professions "mention"), sell additional Ad space [selling-ads-on-your-land](https://clava-land.gitbook.io/welcome-to-clava/clava-land-land/selling-ads-on-your-land "mention") and more. 

As many of you know, our citizens will be using [clava-train](https://clava-land.gitbook.io/welcome-to-clava/gameplay/clava-base/clava-train "mention")to travel throughout Clava LAND and if you own multiple plots of LAND, it could get annoying going back and forth between each plot. 

That's why we're allowing citizens that own multiple plots of LAND to teleport instantly between their plots so that users don't waste time traveling.
