# Renting LAND ### Renting out your LAND. As a LAND owner you will have the ability to rent out LAND to other Users. What's unique about renting is that you get to decide how much of your LAND you want to rent out. We give you the option to rent out all of your LAND to one User or you can split up your LAND into a smaller sections and rent those sections out to multiple Users. Renting your LAND is just one of the many benefits of owning a piece of LAND in Clava LAND.
