Where are my Funds?

Your $CLAVA & ASSETs are in the wallet you connected to your account. It is your responsibility to make sure you remember your wallet credentials and to keep your wallet safe. If your wallet does get hacked or you no longer have access to it, we can't help you. You will have to reach out to your Wallets Support Team.

  • If you registered with an email address, you likely have a Bitski wallet (https://www.bitski.com/).

  • If you registered through the Web3 option, you likely have a MetaMask wallet (https://metamask.io/). (Or a Brave wallet if you use the Brave browser).

  • If you registered through the social networks option, you likely have a Venly wallet (https://www.venly.io/). (Note that Venly was previously known as Arkane).

Use the links above to access your wallet. When you have accessed your wallet, there will be tools within it to withdraw your tokens.

***Withdrawing and claiming will need some type of interface with photos. This part of the section can not be done yet. ***

Can I Change the Wallet I'm using?

In order to change your wallet you will have to log out of your current wallet. Once this is complete you will have the ability to login into a new wallet and link that new wallet to your Clava LAND account.

If you need help logging out of your wallet please contact your wallets support team. We will not be able to help you with this.
