What are Clava Guilds?

Clava Guilds are a new way of buying Clava LAND. Clava Guilds allow Users to come together as a group to purchase a piece of LAND. The Guild can have each member in the Guild put up the same amount of money to purchase the LAND. Or a Guild can let members donate as much money as they want and in return the more money donated the more power that User has when it comes to governing the LAND.

Are Clava Guilds FREE to Create?

Yes Clava Guilds are completely FREE to create, all you need to do to create a Guild is to get a signature from ONE other User.

Can Guild Leaders withdraw funds I donate to buy LAND?

When you donate your money to purchase a piece of LAND that money goes into a pot that Clava LAND controls. If you want to remove your funds you can submit a request to do so. When approved, you will receive your funds.

Can Guild Leaders withdraw funds from the revenue our LAND generates?

In order for Guild Leaders (All Guilds have at least two Guild Leaders) to withdraw funds they will both need to sign the withdraw form. This withdraw form contains all the details related to distribution of funds to the community. After both Guild Leaders have signed the withdraw form it then moves onto the community for approval. This form will need to be signed by at least 90% of the community in order for funds to be successfully withdrawn and distributed.
