Build your Avatar's House
Sell Advertisement Space (Selling Ads on your LAND)
Host Public / Private Events
If your LAND has water you can dock your own boat on your LAND
Purchase LAND properties (LAND Properties) to attached to your LAND to make it different than other pieces of LAND.
