# Introducing, Clava LAND.

Clava LAND isn't like your typical DAO. We're taking everything a DAO has to offer but adding a twist, Artificial Intelligence (AI). This AI will be running Clava LANDs [Ecosystem](/welcome-to-clava/gameplay/ecosystem.md).

**What does that mean exactly?**

Just like any DAO, the community can vote on changes they want to see happen in Clava LAND, but we wanted to take it a step further:

So we invented Clava LAND [Ecosystem](/welcome-to-clava/gameplay/ecosystem.md) which is constantly reacting to how Users are running their digital life inside our Metaverse.

 

Just like in real life you'll have a job in order to make money & live, we call jobs in Clava LAND, \[[Professions](/welcome-to-clava/gameplay/professions.md) ]\(/pages/BYly7inmdthaXkBib0CD)Users that own a piece of Clava LAND ( [Buying LAND](/welcome-to-clava/clava-land-land/buying-selling-renting-land/buying-land.md)) have the freedom to start & own a [Professions](/welcome-to-clava/gameplay/professions.md) and can even hire other Users to work for them.

All new Users will start off at  [Clava Base](/welcome-to-clava/gameplay/clava-base.md) and can choose their professions on the [Clava Board](/welcome-to-clava/gameplay/clava-base/clava-board.md) located within  [Clava Base](/welcome-to-clava/gameplay/clava-base.md). [Daily Tasks (Daily's)](/welcome-to-clava/gameplay/professions/daily-tasks-dailys.md) will be given to each User based on their [Professions](/welcome-to-clava/gameplay/professions.md). Completing these tasks will be crucial to running & maintaining our [Ecosystem](/welcome-to-clava/gameplay/ecosystem.md).

A User who owns LAND and chose the Farmer Profession can be tasked with watering or harvesting their crops, which they can sell to the Clava LAND Grocery Store. If a User doesn’t perform this task, the store shelves could remain empty.

If other Farmers don't complete their Daily Tasks this could lead to a food shortage in Clava LAND. If this does happen, our [Ecosystem](/welcome-to-clava/gameplay/ecosystem.md)(AI) will make the Farmer Profession an **URGENT** position to fill on our [Clava Board](/welcome-to-clava/gameplay/clava-base/clava-board.md) Users who choose an URGENT position will be granted some exclusive benefits for helping out the Ecosystem maintain its viability.  

 

This is a small example on how everything is connected inside of Clava LAND. We hope this gets you excited to learn more about our Metaverse.
